…This is the purpose of the SEAM label.
The abrasives manufacturing sector, like most industrial sectors, is changing. There is a growing focus on Corporate Social Responsibility.
SEAM is therefore fully in line with the promotion of sustainable European industrial sovereignty. Thanks to this label, the affiliated European abrasives manufacturers acknowledge their CSR commitments, through clear objectives:

• Environmental: energy management, sustainable management of chemicals, waste management…
• Social: employment conditions, health and safety at work…
• Economic: Quality & Innovation, manufacturing process

Among these pillars, members select concrete actions to improve over a renewable three-year period (see the complete list on the site). These objectives are clearly defined and are assessed each year.

SEAM presents itself as an opportunity to join the CSR trend in a supported and proven way.
